I am the Cure®
 Emotional,
memorable, motivational this new program and rallying cry will
be heard at the Race this year. It is intended to educate
everyone touched by the Komen Baton Rouge Race for the Cure®
series about the importance of a positive breast health program,
encourage women to take an active role in their breast health -
to become educated about breast cancer and understand that being
aware is the first step in that process, speak to the importance
of early detection, understanding that early detection is the
best defense, and provide simple, action-oriented messages that
Komen Race participants can take home and put into action.
